Трансаэро, ссылаясь на новые правила, не пропускает коляски до трапа. Любые. Требует сдавать в багаж. Имейте в виду. Если есть возможность, пользуйтесь другими авиакомпаниями. Моя прошлогодняя история с коляской утвердила меня во мнении, что надо сменить а/к. Такого удовольствия от полета еще не испытывала.
У меня трансаэро даже деньги за перевес коляски, насильно сданной в багаж, взяли. на жалобу в офис мне пришел ответ-никакой коляски не было, у вас вещей было много. бессовестные они, да еще и хамят ужасно:

Девочки, не поверила, позвонила - правда, не пускают!!! Говорят, что у них частная авиакомпания, это обсуловлено ИХ новыми правилами, а именно распоряжением Генерального директора!!! Я просто в шоке!!!! Сейчас буду писать им в обратную связь. У меня слов нет.
